Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe

1 c. margarine
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar

1 c. crunchy peanut butter

Beat In:
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir In:
2 1/4 c. Ground Oat Flour (see instructions below)

Ground Oat Flour: Place heaping cup of oats in a bowl and whirl on high speed with an electric mixer. 1 1/4 cup oats makes about 1 c. Ground Oat Flour. Repeat until enough has been ground.

Bake 16-18 minutes at 350. Cool 3 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to wire rack.

Can add raisins, chocolate bits or leave plain.
