1/2 15 oz pkg refrigerated pie crusts (1 crust)
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 lg bananas
1 1/2 c milk
1 pkg 3.4 oz banana cream or vanilla instant pudding
1 12 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 450º. For crust, let crust stand in pouch at room temperature 15 min. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Unfold crust and lightly spray with water. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture and place bottom of 9" pie plate. Fold the extra crust under to form a thick rim. Press around with edge of a fork. Prick the bottom and side of crust with fork about 20 times. Bake 9 to 10 min or until lightly brown. Cool 30 min. For filling slice bananas and arrange in bottom of pie crust. Combine milk and pudding mix and beat 2 minutes or until pudding begins to thicken. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Quickly spread mixture over bananas. Refrigerate 1 hour. Spread remaining whip topping on top.
