2 lbs Red Potatoes
2 1/2 pints whipping cream
Salt and pepper and parsley
5 ounce Boursin Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes ( don't peel) and put in sprayed greased casserole
dish. Heat cream and Cheese until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake at 400º. For 1 hour.
