1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
2 T. bread crumbs
1 T. instant onion (or 1 small onion diced)
1 tsp. salt
2 T. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. lemon juice
3 beef bouillons cubes
3 c. water
3 T. all purpose flour
1/4 c. cold water
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, salt, parsley, peppers and lemon juice. Roll into balls. Bring the bouillons cubes and water to a boil. Add the meatballs. Cover. Reduce to heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove the meatballs. Reserve the broth. Combine the flour, cold water and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir into the brauth and simmer until it thickens. Return the meatballs to the brauth. Add the vegetables (corn or green beans) if desired. Heat through and serve.
