1 cup sugar
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
3 Tbsp milk
2 cups sifted flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine the sugar, applesauce, oil, egg whites and milk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to applesauce mixture. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
