1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 c. olive oil
2 onions (grated or chopped)
2 cloves garlic
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 cans tomato puree
4 whole chili peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 stuffed olives (to add later)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown meat in oil and then add all ingredients. Slowly cook for 4 to 6 hours (This does well in a heavy pan). Towards the last hour of cooking, the sauce will get thick and you can spoon off the oil if you would like. Add the olives into the meat and simmer the rest of the time. Before serving take out the peppers and garlic.
