4-5 lb. ham
water
vinegar
whole cloves
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1-1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Score the fat into diamond shapes. Stick a clove into the center and corners of each diamond. Make a paste of dry mustard and brown sugar, using enough vinegar to moisten. Place ham on rack in roasting pan. Add 1-1/2 cups water to pan. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes per pound, basting with pan drippings regularly.

This is hands-down my favorite ham. The mustard, brown sugar, vinegar paste gives it a sharp/sweet flavor (don't worry, you can't even taste the vinegar!) The ham browns up very nicely, too.
