8 slices bacon
1 c. chopped onion
4 c. cubed potatoes cooked
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can corn drained (optional)
1 ¾ c. milk
½ tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and sauté onion in bacon drippings. Drain both on paper towel. Add water, soup, onion, crumbled bacon, sour cream, corn, milk and seasonings. Simmer on low—do not boil. May keep warm in a crock pot.
