Butter (to taste and texture)
Prawns (I use Jumbo)
Garlic (to taste)
Lemon juice (to taste)
Lemon Pepper Pappardelle Pasta (Trader Joe's)
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and open down the middle the Prawns. (I usually buy de-veined with the tail on. Lazy way)
Chop the Garlic.
Melt butter in pan and add garlic.
Put in prawns and squeeze lemon over them.

While the prawns are cooking on fairly low temp, boil the pasta.
Drain pasta and pour buttery prawns over the pasta and stir.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Serve hot.
