2 ready made pie crusts (not the ones in a pie pan)
1 large can or 2 small cans of peach halves (need 8)
Butter
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Confectioners Sugar
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pie crusts into quarters (unbaked). Place them on a greased (or non-stick spray) cookie sheet. Drain peaches and place one peach half in the center of each pie crust quarter. Place a small pat of butter on top of the peach half. Sprinkle on 2-3 teaspoons of brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Bring up the corners of the crust and seal around the peach. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Leave as is or mix a little milk into confectioners sugar to drizzle icing on the pies once they have cooled slightly.
