1/2 c chopped (fine) onions
1/2 c chopped (fine) green peppers
15 oz tomato sauce
1 c chicken stock
1 tbsp chili powder (the more you add the spicier)
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 oz cream cheese
2 c cooked and cubed chicken (can use canned)
1/3 c milk
1/2 c onions
corn tortilla (small)
grated cheese

Mix onions, green peppers, tomato sauce, chicken stock, chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper together for sauce and set aside. Mix cream cheese, chicken, milk and onions together for filling. Heat tortillas until very warm (this will help them stay together and not break while rolling). Fill tortillas with chicken filling and a little grated cheese. Roll and place in oven safe dish. After all tortillas are filled and place in pan pour sauce over them. Top with grated cheese. Cover and bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes. During the last 5 minutes remove cover.
