5 cups tart apples
1/2 cup water
3/4 brown sugar
1/2 cup flower
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. Preheat oven to 375º place the sliced apples in microwave about 5 minutes. Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, butter, and cinnamon. in a bowl. Mix until crumbly. Grease a pan and place apples on the bottom of pan. Cover with crumbs. Cook for 30 minutes.
