Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 pkg cook and serve butterscotch pudding
1/2 tsp cinnamon
18 frozen Rhodes rolls

Directions:
Directions:
spray bundt pan with cooking spray. evenly distribute 18 frozen Rhodes rolls around pan. melt butter and mix with brown sugar, entire package of butterscotch pudding, and cinnamon. pour mixture over frozen rolls and cover with dish towel to sit overnight. in the morning the rolls should be nice and puffy. (if not, i discovered that by turning on the oven and letting the top of my stove heat up, it was just right for proofing the rolls by just setting the pan on the stove and leaving it covered). put the bundt pan on a cookie sheet and place in the oven, heated to a temperature of 350º. bake about 15 minutes, then check it and cook for additional time if necessary. when they're done, either turn the pan upside down onto the cookie sheet or use a large plate/platter and empty the pan upside down. enjoy!
