Directions:
Thaw and prepare turkey according to directions on turkey. Place turkey in a oven cooking bag and place bag into a large oven safe pan. Mix spices together in a bowl including flour. Juice lemon and orange. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and add to juice. The other 2 cloves chop with onion (they can be large pieces because they are only for the inside of the turkey and will be discarded after the turkey is cooked. Stuff the rinds of the lemon and orange and the onion and chopped garlic into the turkey. Pour the juice onto the top of the turkey. Take the season mix and rub onto the turkey (the juice will help it stay on) Cook according to the instructions on the bag box. This turkey is very moist and full of flavor.
