2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp mustard powder
3 cups cheese (best if you use 2 different cheeses, I prefer sharp cheeses)
1 onion finely chopped
Bacon bits
1 box macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute butter and onion. Add flour and mustard powder, mix well. Add milk, stirring frequently. Once mixture has thickened, take off heat and add cheese slowly, stirring to mix.
2. Cook pasta to aldente, strain and place in casserole dish.
3. Combine pasta and cheese sauce in casserole dish. Top with bacon bits and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling.
