1 cup pineapple (I use fresh)
1 red, yellow, red pepper
3-4 chicken breasts
Carribean Jerk seasoning

Directions:
Directions:

Slightly brown pineapple and set aside. Place chicken (cut in bite-size pieces) in a plastic zip-lock bag. Place salt, pepper and Caribbean-jerk seasoning (enough to coat chicken) in bag and coat chicken. Brown chicken in olive oil. Add peppers until cooked and then pineapple. Serve on tortillas.
