8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
4 1/4 inch tomatoes
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
On the outside of the muffin spread w/ butter. Layer the cheese and tomato. Salt and pepper .Pan fry till muffin is golden brown and cheese has melted.
