1 large can of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 15-ounce can no-salt diced tomatoes
1 8-ounce can no-salt tomato sauce

1-1/2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup snipped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except oil. Form mixture into balls. Heat oil and brown meatballs in oil. Place meatballs into sauce and simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Serve over hot pasta or put them on hoagie rolls.

I cheat on the sauce, but you don't have to if you have a fabulous spaghetti sauce recipe. I find that a "doctored" canned sauce works just fine. The meatballs really make the dish. You'll be glad you went to the trouble of making them.
