1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 T. Cream of Tartar
1 c. water
1 1/2 T. Vegetable Oil
Food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl
Stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Add more food coloring as desired.
ADULTS ONLY: Stir over medium heat until mixture has the consistency of dough. Let cool to room temperature before playing.
Store your dough in the refrigerator in air-tight container or zip lock bag for up to one month.

I add food coloring last because you can separate the final mixture before cooking and make two separate dough colors with this recipe.
