Bread Pudding Recipe

1 loaf of bread (dried out)
1/2 c. raisins
1 apple,peeled, cored and chopped
1 banana
1/2 c walnuts or pecan's (optional)
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1T. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ground ginger
1 t. vanilla
2 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine bread cubes, raisins, apple, banana and nuts and toss. In a smaller bowl combine eggs, sugar, spices, vanilla ,milk and cream. Pour over bread. Put into baking pan. Bake at 350º until done. Knife should come out clean when inserted in the middle.
