2 cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/2 pkg Knor dried soup mix
1/2 C. regular mayonnaise
1/2 cup Bison sour cream
1 10 oz. bag of chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed.
1 8 z. can of artichoke heart quarters, drained and chopped.
1 can of water chestnuts, chopped
4 oz. of Feta cheese crumbled
2 cloves minced fresh garlic
1/4 c grated parm. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out crescent rolls in a jelly roll pan - like a crust and then bake according to directions. Prob. 350 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix spinach, soup mix, garlic, mayo, sour cream, artichokes, water chestnuts, feta cheese in a bowl. Top the crescent rolls with this mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of spinach mixture. Bake about 20 minutes or until heated through.

This recipe can be served hot or cold as long as it is baked first. For extra texture you can add shredded Parmesan or five cheese. All name brand items can be used generically.
