3 cups of fresh cranberries (1 bag)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 raisins
1/8 tsp Allspice
1/8 tsp Powder Mustard
1/8 tsp Caradom
1/8 tsp Clove
1/8 tsp Ginger
2 lb Wheel of Brie Cheese

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until berries pop (about 5 minutes) Cool to room temperature. Cut top rind off brie and place e on foil lined cookie sheet. Put mixture on top and cover and refrigerate. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
