1/2 cup plain non-fat or low-fat yogurt3-lb whole broiler fryer chicken, cut in 8 pieces, skin removed

Seasoning:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. butter-flavored sprinkles
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Preheat oven to 375º. Spray baking sheet with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Set aside. Place yogurt into shallow dish. Whisk until smooth. In second shallow dish, combine seasoning ingredients. Dredge chicken first in yogurt to coat, then seasoning. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Spray chicken with cooking spray. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is golden brown, meat near bone is no longer pink and juice runs clear.
