1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
4 over ripe bananas
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well sugar, butter and eggs; then add the bananas and the other ingredients listed, continuing to mix well, pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. When done, knife will come out clean and bread may crack down the middle.
