9 Large Thin Sliced Potatoes,
2 large Thin-sliced Onion ,
1 1/2 Cups Cubed Ham,
5 Tbsp Butter,
5 Tbsp Flour,
3 Cups Milk,
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Butter 13" X 9" Casserole. Layer potatoes, onion & ham (4-5 layers or more). In a large saucepan, combine butter and flour to make rue. Whisk until combined and continue for 3-4 minutes on medium-low heat. Add milk and bring to a slow boil whisking until mixture thickens. Pour over layered potatoes, onion and ham. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes uncovered until nicely browned.
