smoked sausage
chicken breast strips or whole boneless
3 onions chopped
1 c. celery chopped
2 med. bell peppers chopped
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1/2 tsp. cayene pepper
6 c chicken broth
6 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. paprika

pre-cook sausage and chicken keep hot in lge. crock pot
cook following 7-10 min. (till translucent) with a little oil. onion, celery, bell peppers, garlic, and cayene pepper. Add to crock pot. Than add chicken broth, rice, and paprika cook all together til rice is done at least 30 min. to 1 hour.
