6 CUPS WATER
6 OUNCES SPAGHETTI
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
2 EGGS
1/3 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/2 POUND GROUND BEEF
1 MEDIUM ONION
1 8-OUNCE CAN PIZZA SAUCE
1 1and1/2 ounce - SLICE MOZZARELLA

Boil 6 cups water, add spaghetti cook for 10 minutes or until tender.

Drain spaghetti well. Put into large mixing bowl.

Use a rubber scraper to stir butter into hot spaghetti until it melts.

Crack eggs in separate bowl, beat with fork. Stir Parmesan cheese to eggs with fork. And this mixture and mix into spaghetti and mix with rubber spatula.

Grease a 9" pie plate. Pour spaghetti mixture into greased pie plate. Press spaghetti with back of spoon to form it into a crust, building up the sides.

Turn oven to 350 degrees.

Break up the ground beef into the same 3-quart pan you cooked the spaghetti in.

Chop the onion. Add to ground beef,

Turn burner on medium high. Cook and stir with wooden spoon till no pink color is left in meat.

Pour off grease.

Add pizza sauce to meat mixture. Mix well. Fill spaghetti crust evenly with meat mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Lay cheese evenly on pie. Bake 5 more minutes.

Let pie stand for 5 minutes before serving.

For deluxe recipe:


Follow the recipe but spread 1 cup cream-style cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust. Then spread the ground beef mixture over the cottage cheese.
