1 - 3 ounce Package Peach Flavor Gelatin
2 Cups Sugar

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients to make "Sparkling Peach Tea Mix". (These dry ingredients can be spooned into decorative jars or tins and given as gifts with the following instructions)...

Mix 1 Tablespoon of the Sparkling Peach Tea Mix (see recipe above), in a glass with 8 ounces of chilled ginger ale. Add ice and serve!
