1 pot roast (your favorite)
1 envelope dry onion soup
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can of water
2-4 cups carrots, cut up
2-4 cups potatoes, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Place pot roast in crock pot. Sprinkle l envelope of dry onion soup on top. Add 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup. Rinse each can with water and add to pot. Cook on high approximately 3 hours or low for approximately 6 to 8 hours. Add vegetables approximately 1/2 way through, making sure they immersed. May need to add more water, salt and pepper for vegetables. Serve over rice.
