1lb ground beef
1/2c diced onion
1/4 milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 slices bread
3 tbsp ketchup
1 can cream of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add meat, onion, and eggs.

In a small dish add milk and then submerge bread 1 slice at a time until soggy squeeze out excess milk and crumble into meat mixture.

Add ketchup to meat and mix well with hands.

Spread 1/2 can of cream of tomato soup onto bottom of greased large bread pan. Add meat mixture.

Bake at 350ºF for 45 min until center is no longer pink.

Remove from oven and top with remaining soup, cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 min more.

Serve with mashed potatoes and creamed corn
