Ingredients:  
1-2 onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 quart tomatoes, pureed
2 c chicken broth
1/2 c milk
3-4 tsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions and garlic in a little bit of olive oil until onions are transparent. Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Combine milk and flour, mix well. Whisk into soup. Simmer until slightly thickened. Add chopped zucchini and peppers if wanted. Note - After adding tomatoes and chicken broth, I would take a hand blender and blend together to chop onions and garlic even smaller.
