Ingredients:  
4 c flour or 3 c white flour and 1 c wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c canola oil
1 1/2 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix together with your hand until it forms a solid ball but is not too sticky, add more water if needed. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Divide dough into 8 sections. Roll each section into a ball, place them on a lightly floured surface and cover with a damp towel. Heat griddle or pan to medium heat. Roll out the dough one piece at a time to desired thickness. Cook on griddle.
