Matzoh - as many slices as you want.
Eggs
Milk
Butter
Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Break Matzoh into pieces.
Soak in a mixture of eggs and milk.
Place in hot frying pan with melted butter.
Turn heat to medium and fry until matzoh is crisp.
Turning to brown and crisp both sides of matzoh.
Serve with syrup

Leah asked for matzoh brei recipes. Here is mine. Have to guess at amounts of eggs and milk for the amount of matzoh you want to make. Just a little of that and a little of this! Crisp--that's the key for me.
