2 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 c baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c vegetable oil
1 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c hot water
Frosting:

1/2 c butter (no substitutes)
3 3/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 c baking cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil, buttermilk, and eggs. Add water and stir until combined. Pour into a greased 13 X 9 baking pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 38 minutes. Cool completely and frost with chocolate buttercream frosting. For frosting - in a mixing bowl, cream butter. Beat in sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency
