2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tbsp.cinnamon
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup flour
1/4 sugar
1/4 cup butter
6-8 tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon, add apples, stir well and pour into pastry shell. Combine flour and sugar and cut in butter until crumbly, sprinkle over apples. Cover edges with foil and bake at 400º for 45-50 minutes.
