1 can (16 oz) Refried Beans
1 can of chili
4 cups (4 ozs) tortilla chips
1 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
Salsa
sliced green onions
guacamole
sliced olives
chopped cilantro
sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat boilder.
Spread beans first over bottom of serving platter (15 x 10) Arrange chips over beans. Drain chili juices and spoon chili over top of chips. Top with cheese and jalapenos.
BROIL for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with salsa, green onions and other garnishes if desired. yum. yum. yum.
