1/2 lb fresh spinach (6 cups)
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Black pepper
3 slices of bacon
1 tab white wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tab sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 hard boiled egg-chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach, dry and tear into bite size pieces. Add green onions pepper and chill. Cook bacon till crisp and chop into small pieces. In bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Gradually add vinegar mixture to bacon drippings in skillet stirring to combine. Add spinach and green onions to skillet. Use two spoons to toss and coat evenly till slightly wilted. Put in bowl and add chopped egg. Serve immediately.
