1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey ( frozen tube thawed)
1 lb. pork sausage ( frozen tube thawed)
1/2/ tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. cilantro
2 tbsp. sweet basil
1 tbsp. oregano
3 cloves garlic crushed
3 eggs
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Grease 9x13 pan. Pat into a loaf, down the middle of the pan lengthwise.
3. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
4. Meat will be greasy, I let sit with pan tipped to drain 5 minutes before removing from the baking pan.
