4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
4 egg whites
1 TBSP basil
2 cans Italian-flavored crushed tomatoes
1 TBSP cornstarch
1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder, marjoram & basil
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and basil in a small mixing bowl. Dip chicken in egg and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Lay in baking dish sprayed with (PAM) vegetable coating spray. Bake 50-60 minutes or until done.

Sauce: Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, garlic, marjoram, basil, dash of Worcestershire sauce, sugar and black pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.

Nutritional Information for 1 breast-with-sauce: 349 cal, 7g fat, 18g protein, 38g carbohydrates, 80 mg cholesterol, 18% fat.

To Serve, place 1/4 cup sauce on the plate. Place chicken fillet on top of sauce, a dot of sauce on top, and garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
