1 lb. hamburger
1/2 medium size onion
1 c. celery, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 c. rice (Minute rice or cooked regular rice)
1 can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together hamburger, onion and celery. Then add the soups, soy sauce, water and rice. Cover with the chow mein noodles. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes.
