1 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 large chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can mushroom soup
1small bottle soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 1/2 c. of boiling water over rice and let stand while preparing other ingredients. Brown meat and onions together. Add celery and soy sauce while browning. Add soup and brown sugar to rice mixture and stir together. Pour into casserole and cover. Bake for 1 hour at 375º.
