2-32 oz. jars, medium sized whole pickles
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
1/2- 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
garlic cloves, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the pickles in 1/4" slices. Combine the pickles sugar, hot pepper sauce and red pepper in bowl. Let stand covered two hours, stir often. Divide among 3-1 pint jars. Add a clove of garlic to each jar. Chill, covered in refrigerator for up to 1 month. For the best flavor, wait 1 week before serving.
