1/4 c olive oil
4 c frozen corn
2 t brown sugar
3 c frozen baby Lima beans
16-oz can chopped Italian tomatoes
1T chopped garlic
2 T chopped fresh thyme
1/4 c red wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add corn and saute' briefly to bring out the taste. Add remaining ingredients and saute' until heated through.
