1 pkg. dried beef
1 pkg. cream cheese
horseradish, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Lay out sheets of dried beef on wax paper. Spread with cream cheese. You may use cream cheese mixed with horseradish to taste in place of plain cream cheese.

Roll up strips and slice into circles approximately 1/4 inch thick. Serve. Easy and delicious.
