Coca Cola (do not used diet)
Yellow mustard
Peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
I don't measure so either use a pound or two of cubed venison or beef. I hunt so I use venison. Meat needs to be either cubed or beaten very thin.
Mix cola-cola so that mixture is about 3 parts cola-cola to 1 part mustard. It should be thin but not runny.
Marinate meat overnight in mixture.
Dredge in flour and cook in a deep fryer. Use same temperature as frying a turkey.
Serve with grits. I serve with cheese grits.
