1 cup self rising flour
1 pinch of soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in bowl. Sprinkle flour on wax paper or aluminum foil. Measure out size biscuit you want, roll in flour until it will not stick to your hand. Place on greased pan and bake in
350º to 400º oven until done. Brush butter on top and put back in oven for one minute or broil to brown on top.
