1 Unbaked pie crust
1 Cup grated cheese
1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1 Chopped onion
1 Chopped small bell pepper
1 Cup chopped ham
1 Cup cracker crumbs

White Sauce:
3 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Mix oleo and flour together and blend well with milk. Cook over low temperature until comes to a slow boil and becomes thickened. Remove immediately from heat. (Note: If too thick add a little extra milk)

Grate cheese and place in bottom of pie crust. Saute onion and pepper in 1 tbsp. oleo. Add peppers, onion and ham to thickened sauce and pour into pie crust. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes. Add cheese to top and heat until cheese is melted.
