Ingredients:  
1/2 stick butter
3 large cloves garlic
3 cups chicken stock
3 yolks
1 tsp lemon juice
5 large onions 3 tabsp flour 2 cups water
1/2 cup whipping cream Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and butter
Sprinkle with flour and cook 1 minute
Add liquid and simmer 1/2 hour partially covered
Beat yolks, cream and lemon juice
Add soup gradually and return to low heat
Serve with croutons.
