2 lbs. raw shrimp
2 Tab soy sauce
1 can water chestnuts
6 chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Chop shrimp with water chestnuts coarsely
Season with soy sauce, add chopped onions
Wet hands and shape into balls 11/2 in in diameter.
Dip into frying batter and drop into hot (380) fat
Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Batter:
Sift together 1 cup flour4 and 1/8 tsp salt
Add 1/2 cup milk with 2 beaten eggs
Beat till smooth

Beat 2 tab vinegar into 1 cup apricot jam
Add 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 finely chopped garlic bud. Simmer for 5 minutes
