6 hard boiled eggs finely chopped
3 tabs mayonnaise
1 lg sweet onion finely chopped
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
caviar
Lemon wedges
parsley sprigs
wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Grease sides and bottom of 8 in spring-form pan.
Combine eggs and mayonnaise until blended. Spread in bottom of pan to make an even layer. Sprinkle chopped onion over this.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Layer cheese mixture on top of onion layer. Spread gently to smooth.
Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight. At serving time, spread the caviar over the entire top in a thin layer.
Remove from pan and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
Serve with slices of thin pumpernickel bread.
